Welcome to the Hotstart Blog
Oh the stories we could tell! For nearly 80 years now, we've been building up a treasure trove of experiences and connections with our customers, vendors, partners, and co-workers. With the challenges that have happened since March 2020, we haven't had the chance to share our stories in-person. Old friends catching up at a trade show. Golfing foursomes that mix business with fun. Road trips with co-workers that deepen our friendships. All this has been missing this last year.
Golfing has been part of the Hotstart culture for many years, connecting people outside of the office.
So, we decided it was time to start telling our stories on our new blog so that we could bring a little of Hotstart to you. We know virtual isn't quite the same (Zoom fatigue is real!), but we aim to do our best at making it seem we're face-to-face rather than screen-to-screen. And once we get back out there and start make new stories again, we'll have even more ways to stay connected!
We plan to publish articles that give you a peek behind the scenes in our facility, introduce you to our greatest investment - our people, look back at how we've grown as a company, highlight what has been meaningful to overcome, and lots more. We're really looking forward to sharing more about our team. It's not unusual for us to have people working for us 20, 30 or 40 years. The longevity of our team and the heart they bring each day has been key to our success.

This will also let us highlight our offices around the globe. You'll get to learn more about our people across the US, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom. Their experiences and perspectives help us be better with each other, which helps us be better with our customers and partners. While you may not have had a chance to visit any of our locations in person, we'll do our best to make it feel like you have.
