Discontinuation Notice for HOTSTART Air Heaters

Effective October 1, 2015, HOTSTART will discontinue the intake air heater product line. This discontinuation affects all intake-mounted air inlet heaters intended for generator, heavy equipment and marine applications.

Discontinued Air Heaters.

HOTSTART will accept and fulfill all orders for intake air heaters up to this date. Replacement parts, service parts and kits intended for use with intake air heaters will also be discontinued on this date.

HOTSTART will continue to support all intake air heater products and related components through the duration of the warranty period. Recommendations & Instructions

For customers requiring intake-mounted air inlet heaters or similar intake air heaters designed for immediate preheating prior to engine start-up:

HOTSTART will continue to offer and develop engine heating solutions designed for continuous engine preheating, such as in-block heaters, thermosiphon heaters, and forced circulation systems. Intake air heaters or equivalent heating systems will no longer be offered. Customers seeking intake-mounted air inlet heaters or similar products designed for immediate preheating prior to engine start-up may wish to source these products through an alternate supplier.
