IT Specialist I

As part of our IT team in Spokane, Washington, you’ll help support the systems and people that keep our business moving forward. As an IT Specialist I, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support—helping employees with hardware, software, and network issues while learning and growing in your IT career.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support for office and production technology, including PCs, printers, barcode scanners, handhelds, and machine-connected devices.
- Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and other core business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across office and manufacturing environments.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring devices and software remain updated and compliant.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Assist colleagues with new tools and systems.
- Escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
- Participate in after-hours or on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 manufacturing support when needed.
Qualifications:
- Eagerness to start or grow your IT career.
- Prior IT/helpdesk experience (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and persistent.
- A team-first attitude—putting group goals above individual recognition.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate.
