
Hotstart hires Santanu (Sean) Debnath as Chief Revenue Officer
Spokane, Wash. – Hotstart is pleased to announce the hiring of Santanu (Sean) Debnath as Chief Revenue Officer. This role will drive Hotstart’s next phase of growth through the development and execution of comprehensive revenue strategies that balance innovation and the company’s 80-year legacy of excellence.
Debnath comes to Hotstart with nearly 30 years of industrial manufacturing experience, bringing leadership and growth-focused vision to the sales, marketing, product management, and customer service functions. Debnath started as a hands-on scientist before transitioning to the commercial side of business. Prior to joining Hotstart, he has held President, CRO, CCO, VP, and Director level positions in sales and marketing at Selecor, Intellihot, Viega, Kaydon Corporation, Rexnord and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Debnath is “super pumped to be part of the thermal management leadership journey that Hotstart is on.” When he is not being mentored by his 3 kids, Debnath enjoys an athletic lifestyle, is an avid cook, and a cinema enthusiast.
